How to request deletion of your account and what happens to your data.

How to request account deletion

If you want to delete your account with Vibe OTT, use one of these options:

Step 1 — Choose how to contact us

  1. Email: Send a request to contact@vibeentertainment.in from the email address associated with your account. State clearly that you want to delete your account and include any details that help us identify you.
  2. Form: Use the request form below. We recommend submitting while logged in so we can match the request to your account.

Step 2 — What we do next

After we receive your request, we will process it and delete your account and associated data as described below. We may email you from contact@vibeentertainment.in to confirm your identity before completing deletion.

What data we delete and what we keep

When your account is deleted:

  • Deleted: Personal and account data we are not required to retain (e.g. profile, preferences, watch history where applicable) will be permanently removed or anonymised as far as practicable.
  • Retained: Billing records and other information we must keep by law (tax, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance) may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Retention period

Legally required data may be kept for the time mandated in your jurisdiction. After that, we delete or anonymise it where possible. For specifics, contact contact@vibeentertainment.in.
