We, as service providers for content available through the platform—where users subscribe to access content—state that:
All fees paid are non-refundable
No partial or full refunds or credits are provided under any circumstances
Users may continue accessing content until the end of their subscription period

Failed Transactions
In case of a technical issue during payment where the transaction does not complete:
The amount in process will be automatically refunded to your bank account via the payment gateway
Chargebacks
If a chargeback or dispute is received:
Your service/subscription will be suspended without notice
A chargeback fee will be applied
Any outstanding balance must be cleared before service is restored
Instead of chargebacks:
Users are advised to contact support for billing issues
Filing a chargeback on a valid transaction is considered fraudulent and inappropriate
