1. About Us

Vibe Entertainment having its registered office at SHOP NO 28, Central Government Office Complex, Central Office Government Complex, KL Mehta Marg, Faridabad, 121001 Hariyana, India, owns and operates the video-on-demand platform "Vibe Entertainment".

2. Acceptance of Terms

This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and Vibe Entertainment. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. Your access and use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We may change this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to our Age Suitability Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent you are authorized to do so.

4. The Services

The Services, including content and features, are always evolving and may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. We may create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion.

The Services can be accessed through different models:

(a) free of charge with advertisements
(b) via a paid subscription
(c) a pay-per-view model
(d) a combination of the above

The Services are available on devices and platforms approved by Vibe Entertainment ("Compatible Sources"). A device that is a Compatible Source may cease to be so in the future. The Services may include interest-based advertising.

5. Content on the Services

The Services contain content owned by Vibe Entertainment ("Service Content") and content from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). For Third-Party Content, Vibe Entertainment acts as an "intermediary" and is not responsible for it. We may remove any Third-Party Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice.

Content availability may vary based on your geographical location, device, internet speed, and other factors. Not all Content is suitable for all users or for children. Discretion is advised.

6. Subscription Services

Premium Content is available to users who have opted for a subscription plan ("Subscription User"). We offer various subscription plans (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) with different limitations. We may allow you to access Content on more than one device concurrently at our discretion.

A. Account Creation

To become a Subscription User, you must create an account ("Account"). You must be a registered subscriber and hold a valid Account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and must notify us immediately at contact@vibeentertainment.in
of any unauthorized use.

B. Subscription Fee and Term

You must pay a subscription fee ("Subscription Fee") to access the Service. The subscription is for a specified period ("Subscription Term"). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription or check its status in the "Account" section.

We reserve the right to change subscription packages, fees, and billing cycles at any time. Changes will be effective after your current Subscription Term ends. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new fees.

All payments are non-refundable except in cases of unauthorized use, subject to investigation. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

C. Payment

You pay through a selected Payment Method. You are bound by third-party payment processor terms. We are not responsible for payment accuracy, fraud, or losses. We do not store full financial details.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection and transfer of your information, including to countries like Singapore.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account activity. We are not liable for any loss due to failure to secure your account.

9. License Grant

Vibe Entertainment grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the Services.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Services belong to Vibe Entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

11. User Conduct and Content Removal

You will not:

access non-public areas
test vulnerabilities
use unauthorized access methods
disrupt services
conceal geo-location

We may remove content and terminate users at any time.

We may disclose your information if required by law, to enforce terms, detect fraud, respond to support requests, or protect safety.

12. Contests and Promotions

Subject to separate terms.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vibe Entertainment from claims due to violations, breaches, or misuse.

14. Copyright Policy

If you believe copyright is infringed, provide:

work identification
infringing material details
contact info
good faith statement
accuracy statement

Repeat infringers’ accounts will be terminated.

15. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
A. "AS-IS"

Services are provided without warranties. No guarantee of reliability, security, or uninterrupted access.

B. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party sites.

C. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
